Poor
Would not recommend! Location ok but needs updating. Noisy/noisy fridge in the room had to unplug it the first night and then noisy staff outside my room so requested another room for the second night and Only one tap in the sink, Shower barely working. Definitely not worth the price

Not recommended place to stay!
Only available hotel in Cozumel during our travels. What you see on the pictures is what you get. There is an AC and fan in the room. We had a complain about another guest and the staff picked this up.
Staff didn't speak English. AC has only a switch to turn on or off. AC temperature which is 16 degrees is not adjustable so after 5 minutes you have to turn it off because it's getting to cold in the room and repeat this all night. The bathroom had a very bad smell and was disgusting. One of the other guest had his TV super loud and was talking loudly the whole night. It just feels a bit dodgy this place.

The beds definitely need and update, the bed I had it was just springs very uncomfortable had to use the pillows to get
